Everything you need before you arrive and while you are here.
Check-in is from 16:00 for most apartments, from 14:00 on the Sonnenalpe and from 17:00 at das Sopherl — the exact time is on each apartment's page. You will get the door code and parking instructions by email a few days before you travel, so there is nobody to meet and no key to collect.
Every apartment has parking included, most of it covered or in a garage. Ski and boot storage is at ground level in each building; leave wet gear there rather than in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are made up before you arrive. The kitchen is stocked with pots, crockery, a kettle and a coffee machine. Wi-Fi is included everywhere and the code is on the fridge.
Dogs are welcome in most of the apartments, but tell us in advance so we can put you in one that takes them — it is not every unit and it is arranged per booking.
Check-out is by 10:00 (12:00 on the Sonnenalpe). Leave the dishes clean and the rubbish in the bins outside; we do the rest.
